One profile, page or channel on one platform. A brand on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube is 3 accounts. On paid plans you can post to each account as often as you like, within each platform's own daily limits.
It shows as DELAYED on your board with the reason, for example an expired sign-in, and a Retry button. Accounts that need a fresh sign-in are flagged on your board, with the posts they affect, so you can reconnect before those posts are due.
