Who we are
PostEveryPlatform is a social media scheduler run by Interactive Ecommerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Questions: support@posteveryplatform.com.
What we keep
- Your name and email address.
- A hash of your password, never the password itself.
- Your workspaces, and the posts you write and schedule.
- The images and videos you upload.
- Post results and stats, such as views and likes.
- Basic logs.
What we never see
- Your social media passwords. You sign in on each platform’s own page, and you can disconnect any account at any time.
- Your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Who helps us run it
These companies handle data for us, each for one job:

- Hosting, database and file storage
Keeping and deleting
Delete your account in Settings and all of it is deleted within 30 days. Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, then they are gone too.
Your rights in the EU and UK
If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to:
- access the data we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- export it,
- object to how we use it.
