Our promise

Ten reasons people leave schedulers. None of them here.

We read 826 complaints about Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, Metricool and twelve others, ranked the ten things people hate most, and built something against each one. This page says what we promise and exactly how the product keeps it, limits included.

$0for 3 accounts on all 12 platforms, no card. Paid plans are one flat price each, from $29 a month.
2 clicksto cancel, in the app. Access until the period end, nothing more charged.
0posts allowed to fail silently: DELAYED with the reason, retried on our own, one email.
01pain

The price is per plan, never per account or per seat.

The pain: Per-account and per-seat pricing traps. Buffer charges $6 per channel, Hootsuite $99 a month, Sprout $249 a seat. 214 complaints, the largest group.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • One price source. Every page and the app read the same plan table: Free $0 (3 accounts, 15 posts a month, no card), Solo $29 a month for 5 accounts, Team $39 for 10, Studio $49 for 30, Agency $99 for 100. Yearly billing saves 20%.
  • Adding an account never changes the price. Your plan meter on the Today page shows accounts and posts against the plan, and says so.
  • Public, machine-readable. GET /api/plans returns the plan facts with per_account_fee_cents: 0, so a comparison page cannot misquote us.
02pain

You hear about a dead sign-in before a post fails, not after.

The pain: Silent sign-in disconnects. Sometimes the socials disconnect and I don't receive a warning about that. 178 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • The moment the platform refuses it. Our posting partner scans Facebook, Instagram and Threads sign-ins every 6 hours and sends us a webhook when one is refused; the account turns EXPIRING on Today and Accounts within seconds, with the deadline before the connection is removed.
  • Pre-flight 30 minutes before every departure. For every platform, half an hour before a post goes out we ask the posting partner to check each account it goes to (at most once every 6 hours per account, and twice before we sound the alarm, so one hiccup never sends a false one).
  • One email, with the platform's own words. At most one email per account a day, with the exact reason the platform gave and the reconnect link. Reconnecting keeps every scheduled post.
  • Honest limit. Platforms outside Meta are not scanned on a timer by the partner: between departures, a dead sign-in on them is found at the next pre-flight check.
03pain

No post fails silently. If it fails, we retry it ourselves, then tell you why.

The pain: Scheduled posts that fail silently. First automatic post worked. Thereafter every single scheduled post failed. Now uninstalling. 163 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • DELAYED, with the reason. A failed leg shows DELAYED on the board with the platform's reason, next to a Retry button. Published legs show the live link.
  • Retries on our own. When the posting partner was the problem (a timeout, a server error, a rate limit) we retry after 2, 10 and 30 minutes. The board says when the next try is; when it works the bell shows OUT NOW with the try count.
  • One email per failed post. After the retries, or at once when the error cannot be retried, you get one email with the reason and the fix. Switch it off in Settings; the bell still shows it.
  • Honest limit. When the partner accepted a post but never confirmed it, we do not retry on our own: the post may be live, and a blind retry could post it twice. The board says so and asks you to check before pressing Retry.
04pain

What a platform cannot take, you learn before you press Schedule.

The pain: Missing native platform features. LinkedIn tagging, carousels, polls, threads: some tasks still have to be done in the native platforms. 149 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • Pre-flight in the composer. Each platform's text limit counts live, and Schedule refuses with the platform named when a post breaks a rule: X at 280 characters, Instagram and TikTok need media, YouTube needs a video, one video or up to 10 images, Reddit needs a subreddit and a title.
  • Per-platform versions. Write once, then tweak the text per platform without leaving the composer. First comment where the platform takes one.
  • Honest limit. Not every native feature is here. What is missing is listed on the pricing page and said in the composer, never discovered after a post was due.

Cancel in two clicks. No contracts. No surprise renewals.

The pain: Annual auto-renewals, trial surprise charges, refused refunds. They charged my business $496.35 for a full annual subscription. I sent them a cancellation within one minute and they refused. 134 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • Two clicks, in the app. Plans page, Cancel plan, confirm. You keep the plan until the end of what you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing more is charged, and a confirmation email says so.
  • Resume until the last day. Changed your mind? One click brings the plan back exactly as it was.
  • Yearly renewals announced 7 days ahead. An email and an alert a week before every yearly charge, with the amount, the date and the cancel link.
  • No card for Free. The free plan asks for no card, so there is nothing to charge by surprise. Invoices and your card live in Stripe's portal.
06pain

No companion app to crash.

The pain: Broken, laggy companion apps. The app freezes literally every time. I can't even open the app to cancel my subscription. 126 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • One web app, built for the phone first. Every screen is built for 390 px wide first: schedule, retry, approve, reconnect, cancel. Each one is screenshot-tested at phone and desktop width.
  • Add it to your home screen. It installs as a web app from the browser menu; no store, no update to wait for, no second app that can lag behind.
  • Cancel from anywhere. Billing, export and account deletion are all on the web, so no app can ever stand between you and leaving.
07pain

Video rules before you schedule, and we never touch your file.

The pain: Video upload bottlenecks and aspect-ratio rejections. It took me over 3 hours just to get 3 videos uploaded and saved to the calendar. 104 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • Straight to storage. Files up to 1 GB upload straight to storage, not through a slow middle step. One upload goes to every platform you pick.
  • Never re-encoded. We hand the platform the file you uploaded. No compression pass, no quality loss on our side.
  • Refused before, not after. Media rules per platform are checked when you press Schedule, and the platform is named in the message.
  • Honest limit. Platform-side rules (TikTok minimums, Reels ratios) can still reject a file; when they do, the reason shows on the board with Retry.

First post out in about two minutes.

The pain: Bloated UI and a steep setup. Too many features and overwhelming, as someone who has managed social media for over 12 years. 92 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • Three steps, on the Today page. Connect an account, write a post, schedule it. The Start-here panel ticks them off and shows how many minutes it took.
  • Nothing to configure first. No wizard, no card, no team setup. The departures board is the home screen; everything else is one tab away.
  • Sign in on the platform's own page. We never see your password. Connecting is the platform's login screen, run by our posting partner.
09pain

The free plan is 3 accounts and 15 posts a month, said before you connect anything.

The pain: Gutted free plans and bait-and-switch caps. Advertised as free, but if you want to schedule posts you have to pay after 12 free posts. Spent over an hour connecting my accounts, only to find out after. 87 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • The line is on the page. Pricing, sign-up and the plan meter on Today all show the same limits before you connect a thing.
  • The meter tells you where you stand. Accounts and posts this month, against the plan, on the Today page every day.
10pain

A person answers within one business day, and the failed post comes with the ticket.

The pain: Slow, bot-only support when posts fail. Numerous posts not showing up, no response. 78 complaints.17-scheduler review corpus, Oct 2026

How we keep it
  • Settings, Support. Pick the failed post from the list; its platforms, errors, attempts and partner ids are attached so you never have to describe them. You get a ticket number by email at once.
  • Within one business day. Monday to Friday. Not a bot, not a help-centre link.
  • The status page is public. Partner reachability, the queue, and the success rate per platform for the last 24 hours, at /status, no login.
+lock-in

Leave with everything, any time.

The pain: data held hostage behind a cancel button nobody can find.

How we keep it
  • Settings, Your data. Download everything as JSON: posts, every platform leg with its link, stats and error, accounts, media links, ideas, hashtags, schedule. Posts as CSV too.
  • No questions, no waiting. The export is instant, up to 20 times an hour, 5,000 posts per file with a link to the next part.
  • Delete the account in the same place. Everything goes, the plan is cancelled, nothing more is charged.

Start free, no card.

3 accounts and 15 posts a month to see it work. Solo is $29 a month for 5 accounts and Team $39 for 10, flat.
