Social media scheduling for small businesses

Let an AI agent prepare your posts and approve them in one place before anything goes out. The agent can do only what you allow, its posts wait for your approval by default, and the activity log shows what it did.

Updated

Best for

  • A business owner who wants to sign off on assistant-written posts
  • A small team sharing a calendar for one brand
  • Businesses that prefer clear permissions for each automation

Not for

  • Teams needing several accounts on the same network in one workspace.
  • Businesses that need X replies or Pinterest comments here today. X replies are not brought in: our posting partner does not import X comments. Pinterest comments are not available.
  • Businesses that need multiple seats on Solo; it includes one seat.

What you get

  • Keep control of publishing: agent posts wait for owner approval by default. A key with the explicit skip-approval permission can bypass that hold; replies are outside the post-approval flow. Source
  • Give each key only the permissions it needs. Keys are shown once, stored hashed and revocable. Agents cannot connect accounts, change billing or approve their own posts. Source
  • The activity log records routed API operations and executed MCP tool calls, with their status. Some permission refusals and MCP discovery requests are outside that record; it is not a complete audit of everything an assistant does. Source
  • Add colleagues on Team and up with unlimited seats. Owner, admin, member and client roles separate writing and account management from reviewing, commenting and approving ordinary posts. Source

How it works

  1. Keep the owner in charge of connections

Connect the business accounts from the app and choose the workspace before connecting an assistant. Agents cannot connect accounts or change billing. The person responsible for the business can keep those decisions in the app.

  2. Let the assistant prepare the week

Use an MCP client or the REST API to create drafts and request a schedule. Give the workflow only the scopes it needs. Leave skip approval off when you want the owner to inspect each agent-written post first.

  3. Approve the wording and share a snapshot

The owner approves agent posts on Today. For a report, select accounts and a date range to create a read-only snapshot link. A snapshot is the reviewed data, rather than a live dashboard that changes for the recipient.

What it costs

There is no Free plan. Team is $29 a month for 10 accounts and unlimited seats. Solo is $19 a month for 5 accounts and one seat. Every workspace holds one account per network; several brands on the same network need separate workspaces on Agency. A 7-day trial requires a card when offered; check Pricing for today's availability before signing up.

Questions people ask

Can my colleague help without sharing my login?

Yes. Team and up include unlimited seats and role-based access. Members can write and schedule; clients review, comment and approve ordinary posts. Agent-written posts still require the workspace owner's approval.

Can the assistant change our billing?

No. Agents cannot change billing, connect social accounts or approve their own posts. Sign in to the app as the appropriate person for account and billing decisions.

Can I manage two shop locations on Instagram?

Yes, with separate workspaces on Agency. Each workspace allows one account per network, so two Instagram accounts do not fit a single workspace even if its plan has unused account slots.

Can I answer Google Business reviews here?

Yes. You can read and reply to Google Business reviews in the inbox. Hide and like are not available for reviews. X replies are not brought in: our posting partner does not import X comments. Pinterest comments are not available.

Can I share performance without adding a user?

Yes. The owner can create a read-only report link with selected accounts, dates and sections. It is a snapshot that the owner can refresh or revoke, not a live feed of all workspace data.

Is approval a complete audit trail?

No. Approval controls agent-created posts, and the activity log records routed operations and executed MCP tool calls. Some early refusals and discovery requests are outside the log, and replies do not wait for post approval.
