Bring the posts you want to keep into PostEveryPlatform with a CSV you control. The guides below explain the documented formats and the manual route, including what stays in your old tool.

Buffer
Reuse the documented general bulk-upload layout with Text, Image URL, Tags, and Posting Time. Confirm which connected accounts to use and the timezone the file was written in. This is a file importer, not a transfer of a Buffer queue.
Hootsuite
Use the documented headerless Bulk Composer layout after confirming its format and date order. Calendar exports require manual mapping because their headers have not been confirmed. The optional Bulk Composer post link becomes text, not media.
Later
Copy your posts into the PostEveryPlatform template or map your own CSV. An automatic Later-format preset is not available; the guide explains how to prepare your own material and keep reports separate.

Open bulk import to download a template or check a file. The preview saves nothing. Review resolved workspace times and privacy, then choose drafts, the queue, or the timestamps in the file. Up to 500 rows and 1 MB are accepted per file.
